In the center of town there is an open square, as you approach it there is a humdrum of activity, during the day it is the spot of the village market, hanging over it is an old style building with large stain glass windows. At night Lampent sit around the outskirts of the square. Lighting the building in an eerie purple glow.

Tulapsi Town
Tulapsi Town is a small but humble place, there are a fair few open spaces in this town with many trees still spotting the sky line, the building are built in an old style and the town folk prefer to wear more traditional garb.
As night time encroaches many Litwick line the streets to light the way for the residents.
In the town center is the Tulapsi Gym.
