There is an old caretaker who lives behind the pokemon Center that could also be of some assistance.

There are a fair few pokemon in the tall grass here too.

Route 3
Leading away from the serene and somewhat disturbing silence and humdrum of Tulapsi is a route that reaches a cave, as one enters there is only a short distance that is walked in the dark before it opens into a wide open plain.
The trees and bushes are fewer here but many flying pokemon can be seen overhead, on their way to the mountain in the distance.
