So to start off with you will need to create a thread in the Character Applications board. Creating your post will be simple simply copy the code below, fill it in and then when naming the post, name it like this,
{Trainer Class} Character name and surname, Simple as that, then you will be sorted as soon as possible.
Short paragraph at least 30 words long, nothing major, try and make the description as accurate as possible, helps explain your character a lot. You may include a picture if you want. Just make sure that the size is no larger than 450 x 100
At the very least two paragraphs, one containing the characters good attributes and one containing the not so nice ones, the more you describe here the better for you.
This needs to encompass at least a little bit of their history, would like to see what thought went into your character, also this will serve as your roleplaying example so be sure to have it all nice and neat. That's about it.
