His footsteps were the only sound he heard as he passed through the hideout, keeping his gait to a slow stroll. He had been given a date and time by an unknown source, and being the person he was... He accepted without any questions and arrived half an hour early. That was probably why he was currently taking his sweet time, trying to memorize the layout of the building while navigating his way to the so-called laboratory. Asking for directions never happened since the first person he had met pointed him in the right direction after questioning why and how he got there.
Dressed in the familiar white wig that he had been donning these past few months, he had figured it would be a good idea to always wear this disguise even in the presence of his new... Accomplices. Employers? He honestly was not certain what he was getting himself into, but he could worry about that later. The visible red eye locked on a door at the end of the hallway, and he glanced down at the crude note he had been given a few days prior. Pass through the double doors at sunset. He brought up his hand, turning it around to glance at the time on his watch. If the weather station was a reliable source, then the sun would set any minute now.
He only allowed a few more seconds to pass by before he reached out, opening the door and passing through. "Hello?" he called out, voice muffled by his mask yet still loud enough to reverberate around the room he had entered.

[attr="class","iconimage"] I'm dressed to kill and you know that I will ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ We're dancing in the dark with my hands around your heart | Professor Chrysallis was busying herself behind a counter when she heard a young man's voice. He must be the new recruit, the one who has been in the Newspapers. The higher ups have been keeping an eye on him over the past while and had sent a foot grunt to give him an invitation. The Professor straightened out her lab coat and pulled her hair a little back as she stepped forward, she had three pokeballs in her pocket. They were from an earlier raid.
"Hello there." She grimaced at the boy, his red eye was quite striking in the dimly lit Laboratory. "Well i think you are here for a pokemon aren't you?" She took the pokeballs from her pocket and threw them into the air. "Have your pick."

A woman appeared, one whom he assumed was the professor of this... fine establishment. He used fine lightly, and his disgust for the place was, thankfully, hidden behind his mask. His red eye searched around the room, seeing what he could spy in the low lighting. Of course a place like this would not have fully lit rooms. Not even the hallway was properly lit, and he had seen a few flickers here and there. Is this really a proper 'job'? No, not really, but a proper job would mean sitting behind a desk all day from nine to five. He would rather choose this line of work.
His attention returned to the woman before moving to the floor as little dings sounded as the Pokeballs released the Pokemon within. A Sneasel, a Stunky, and an Ekans. The obvious choice was the Sneasel, but the Stunky was also enticing. There were so many uses for its poisonous gases, and its smell alone was revolting. It would be great for knocking out anyone he didn't like... But, then again, if he was just starting out, he should probably begin with power. He could work out strategy later when he built up a more organized team.
"Sneasel," he spoke up after a while, drawing his eye away from the Pokemon to rest on the professor.
