The boy went about his business, paying Faylinn with a short apology. She had spent most of the time he spent apologizing glaring at him intently.

She had picked up Faye and was walking down the path again, she was quite content. The day seemed to be unfolding quite nicely, the sun was almost at the highest point in the sky. Faylinn not paying attention strolled off of the path and into a clearing. The bare trees seemed to move slightly as she entered. Fay and Ursa both seemed to become more alert as they entered the grove. All of a sudden 5 Stantler ran from the fronds of the Clearing. They were charging right for Faylinn and her Pokemon. "Do Something Faye!" She screamed as the stantlers drew nearer.

The Small pokemon floated into the air and the Petals of the purple flower she was riding on glowed a bright pink as a gust of pink scented air shot from the center. The Fairy wind attack struck two of the smaller stantler and sent them tumbling head over heels into the nearest snow drift, the two Stantler rising from the snow and using Leer on Faye simultaneously , the Fairy Pokemon hiding behind Faylinn in a state of Fear.

The Leader of the herd of  Stantler tried to shock Faye, using his astonish attack the pokemon managed to make the Small pokemon cower in fear, Ursa stepped forward attacking the pokemon with a well placed Leer, The Stantler rushed at Ursa, using me first, in an attempt to get the first hit, Ursa used a  fury swipes attack, knocking it to the floor in 5 hits.

Faye recovered her composure and used another Fairy Wind attack. Knocking another stantler off its feet. Ursa ran towards the strongest one standing, the Stantler retalliating with a Tackle attack, Ursa's scratch attack met head on with the incoming tackle attack. For a moment there was silence and then a rush of air as the attacks met head on head. Snow being sent into the air as they did. Ursa fell to his knees, the Stantler buckling under its own weight. "Well let's see if my luck is any better!" Faylinn flung a pokeball, it spun in the air as it went sailing towards the largest of the Stantler.

The other Two remaining stantler rushing towards Ursa and Faye, Faye and the Stantler using Tackle and Ursa was rearing his claws readying his scratch attack. There was a clash and a lot of snow was sent into the air as the pokemon attacks collided. Faylinn turned her face away as the snow drifted to the floor slowly.

AS the snow settled Faylinn saw another broken pokeball on the ground. Her heart sank like a Geodude in a pool. The Stantler ran off into the forest. well what was left of the forest. She picked up her pokemon and grinned at them.

"Well done guys." She started down the path. She had been walking for a few minutes when she decided to turn around. She went back down the path, towards the pokemon center in Calitha town. She was happily humming a tune when a Dwebble that was having a fight with a Caterpie knocked the bug type up into the air and it hit Faylinn square in the face. "WHAAAAAT?!" She fell back and made a mental note to wear protective gear the next time she leaves to go do some training. 

Ursa stormed at the Dwebble, grabbing it and using a lick attack on it, The Dwebble was stunned, Caterpie sprayed Fay with a string shot, the sticky thread caught the small pokemon and stuck her to  the floor. Using wine whip was her only resort, the caterpie dodged the attack but it struck the Dwebble sending it flying.

Ursa snuck up behind the Caterpie and hit it with a well aimed scratch attack. The pokemon also sent flying into the underbrush.

Faylinn got up and took the two pokemon into her arms. "Ok now let's get to the pokemon center before anything else happens." She smiled at them as they headed towards the town gates.
