Eli Snow

Eli is built like a young boy with a slim body and stands at 5 feet. For a 10 year old boy he is just above the average height which has Eli constantly tilting his head downwards to his peers. His head is a triangular shape with sharp cheekbones that stand out to people that look at him. Like his parents, he has thin lips and an aquiline shaped nose. As he is only 10 years old, Eli has no facial hair. His eyes are like the brown color of a chocolate chip and shaped like almonds. Eli has thick eyebrows that his mom has been plucking for him since he was 8 so that they are not overgrown and make it look like he has a uni-brow. Eli likes to keep his dark brown hair a medium length while slicking the front to the right side.



Eli is one of those kids who is shy at first but once he gets to know someone, he can be really outgoing and comfortable around them. He won't be the first person to approach a classmate to make a new friend. He is afraid of what other people may think of him because he wants to be looked at as a good person. If someone were to approach him, he would try to make conversation but other than small talk, he would not try to make a new friend.



Eli likes to stick to a small group of close friends. In this group, he doesn't take the role of leader but likes to look out for everyone else. His friends can always count on him whenever they need something, even if that something is as small as a joke to make them smile.
His friends always come to him for advice because of how calm he is in certain situations. 

Eli shows his bravery when he sees someone else being bullied because they are not strong, smart or good enough. However, he always picks on his sister but he believes that he does this out of love.



Eli was born in Blackthorn city, a mysterious mountain village cut into a rock face, in the Johto region. He grew up with a mom who worked in a Pokemon Center and a dad who worked as a miner in the nearby mountains around Blackthorn city. Eli was gifted with a little sister when he was 3 years old and he has always been taking care of her since his parents were always busy working.

Throughout his time growing up in the city, Eli would always visit his mom at the Pokemon Center, where he would watch her do her job of healing hurt Pokemon. He saw all kinds of trainers come in with hurt Pokemon but since he was a shy kid, he never really approached any of them. From seeing all of these Pokemon and the connections they had with their trainers, it made him want to have the same connection.

One day, Eli was hanging out at the Pokemon Center his mother worked at when he noticed a tall, blonde-haired girl handing out flyers to people. Eli was afraid to approach her but one he got home, his mother happened to have one of the flyers. The flyer was title, 'Make Your Dreams Come True In The Obstina Region'. The inside was filled with pictures of Pokemon and different stories of trainers experiences in this region. Eli was so intrigued that he asked his mother if she would let him take a trip out there when he turned ten and was allowed to become a Pokemon trainer. His parents were afraid of all of the challenges he would face but they knew this time would come.

A couple of days after Eli turned 10, the same girl that was handing out flyers in the Pokemon Center was back again. This time, Eli approached her to find out how he could get to the Obstina Region. The girl didn't get many people who were interested in her flyers so she was super excited that this kid was. "I'm actually going back there today on my Pidgeotto, you can catch a ride with me if you would like?" The girl said to Eli. "I would..I would like that, miss!" Eli said nervously. "Let me run home first and gather my supplies."

Eli ran home, told his parents about this opportunity that had arrived and that he couldn't turn it down. They wished him farewell and made him promise to come back one day and share his stories with them. Eli ran back to the Pokemon Center so he could be on his way to the Obstina Region with the Pidgeotto girl.
