To his surprise and pretty much joy, the snorunt was caught. Picking the pokeball up, Sear jumped on his shoulder as if wanting to see their oddly colored member of the group. Though Lunick merely petted Sear on the forehead and started to walk again with Silver following. The next pokemon to appear was a Hawlucha, a odd combination of fighting and flying, even though it was still part flying it was weak to flying attacks still. That was what was odd in Lunick's mind about it, you'd think that it would have somewhat of a resistance to flying moves but nope. This pokemon was still weak to em despite being half itself. Still Holding onto the newest member of their team's pokeball, he released Blue and the small pokemon appeared on the ground. It glanced about before looking to Lunick.
"Okay Blue, let's use Powder Snow." Lunick said.
The small pokemon kicked up the wind and hurled snow at the Hawlucha. The move struck and took away a big chunk of health due to it being super effect. The Hawlucha shuddered from the cold though it darted foward and struck Blue with a tackle.
"Once more, Powder Snow." Lunick encouraged.
The wind and snow was picked up and hurled at the Hawlucha again. The pokemon staggered backwards as it tried to remain standing up. Clearly it's health was really low at this point. The Hawlucha studied Blue for a moment, using Detect to try and defend itself for a little bit. Taking out a pokeball, Lunick threw it at the pokemon and watched it shake on the ground.

Lunick gave a shrug but bent down to pat Blue on the head to show that she did very well in that battle, for the ice type looked a tad down that the capture failed. Picking her up was a easy feet and Sear remained on his shoulder, giving a confident sound to try an boost Blue's spirit. When the meowth appeared, Lunick elected to have Silver do the battle instead. He had a feeling that Silver and Sear were the ones in need of training more than the other companions at hand. So the Skarmory would be sent out for this one.
"Use Peck." Lunick instructed her.
Silver rose in the air and flew forward, landing the blow against the meowth's head. The feline pokemon gave a hiss at this and leaped up to use Bite, biting down on Silver's right wing and causing the steel flying type to land. Getting the meowth off her wing was easy and the move didn't do a great deal of damage, it still hurt though.
"Peck again." Lunick instructed.
Silver swiftly swung her beak at the meowth and struck it's head again, causing the meowth to let out a hissing cry as it rubbed it's head. It's ears flattened as it rushed forward with it's claws out using scratch on the large bird and barely doing anything against the hard feathers. Sure health was lost just not a huge chunk of it to where Lunick had to worry.
"Use Leer." Lunick instructed, causing Silver to give the meowth a intimidating glare to lower it's defenses.
The Meowth tried to do the same and it did work. Lunick gave the instructions for another peck, sending the large steel flying type at the meowth The blow landed and took away more health this time than before the Meowth used Leer again, causing Silver's defenses to lower more. The order for another peck was given and Silver flew in to do as she was told, the blow landed and the meowth rubbed it's head again. The Meowth followed with another leer, prompting Lunick to take out a pokeball an throw it.

"Well we tried, nobody can say we didn't." Lunick said. "Besides, I think we've got enough friends found for today. Who knows how many trainers come this way."
It would've been nice to have the meowth but one couldn't have everything they wanted. Besides, he did have his team almost filled up save for one spot an while he loved normal pokemon, the ones he had with him would do wonderfully. After all, it took hard work to get the ones he had and while he had one shiny unexpected one, he was going to care for them all. Returning everyone save for Sear to their pokeballs, he continued on the path till he got out of the forest.
"Well, should we go onto the route one or double back for a pokemon center?" Lunick asked.
Sear pointed forwards an he gave a laugh.
